Terms of Use

By using Jollozi you agree to these terms. Jollozi is a Flashpay service.

1. What Jollozi does. It shows a café's menu and passes guests' orders to the café. Guests pay the café directly.
2. Cafés are responsible for their menu, prices, food, service and payments. Check scanned menus before you publish them: the AI can make mistakes.
3. Use it fairly. No false orders, abuse, unlawful content, or attempts to break or overload Jollozi. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. No guarantees. We provide Jollozi as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between a café and its guests.
5. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the change here.
6. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
